剖宫产术应用腰麻联合硬膜外麻醉的临床疗效观察 桂东县人民医院423500 摘要：目的：探析剖宫产术运用腰麻联合硬膜外麻醉的临床效果。方法：选择 2014年5月-2015年5月期间我院收治的剖宫产产妇140例为研究对象，随机分 为两组，其中给予对照组硬膜外麻醉，而观察组则运用腰麻联合硬膜外麻醉，对 比分析两组的麻醉效果。结果：观察组的麻醉起效时间、术中出血量、感觉阻滞 程度以及麻药量等各项指标均优于对照组，并且相比较对照组而言，观察组的不 良反应发生率低，组间比较有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)o结论：临床上将腰麻联 合硬膜外麻醉运用在剖宫产术中，不仅可以缩短起效时间、减少麻药用量，在一 定程度上还能降低不良反应发生率，改善产妇预后。 关键词：剖宫产；腰麻；硬膜外麻醉；临床效果 【abstract 】objective: to explore lumbar hemp cesarean section using the clinical effect of combined epidural anesthesia.Methods： in May 2014 - May 2015 puerpera, 140 cases of our hospital during the period of cesarean delivery as the research object，and randomly divided into two groups, which gives the control epidural anesthesia，while the observation group used lumbar hemp combined epidural anesthesia，comparative analysis of two groups of narcotic effect.Results： the observation group of anesthesia effect time，intraoperative blood loss，the level of sensory blockade and all the indexes such as anesthesia is better than that of control group，and compared with the control group，the incidences of adverse reactions to observe low, comparison between groups was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05) .Conclusion： clinical lumbar hemp general combined epidural anesthesia in cesarean section, not only can shorten work time，reduce the dosage of anesthetic, also can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions to a certain extent, improve maternal outcomes. [key words ] cesarean delivery, lumbar hemp, epidural anesthesia, clinical effect 剖宫产是妇产科比较常见的一种手术，由于产妇的生理变化比较特殊, 再加上为了确保母婴安全，所以手术的过程中，对麻醉有着较高的要求，要求镇 痛效果好、起效快，这在一定程度上给临床麻醉带来了新的挑战。当前临床上在 对产妇行剖宫产术吋，持续硬膜外麻醉是比较常用的一种麻醉方法，虽然具有一 定的麻醉效果，但是具奋起效慢、剂量大、镇痛效果差等缺点，并且腹肌松弛度 不高，不利于手术的顺利进行［1】。因此，本文重点探讨了剖宫产术运用腰麻联 合硬膜外麻醉的临床效果，如下报道。 资料和方法 1.1 一般资料 选择2014年5月-2015年5月期间我院收治的剖宫产产妇140例为研 究对象，随机分为两组，每组各70例。对照组年龄22?31岁，平均年龄为 (26.7plusmn;5.4)岁，体重 48?88kg,平均体重为(65.4plusmn;7.3) kg,孕 周39?43周，平均孕周为(41.3plusmn;1.4)周；观察组年龄23?32岁，平均年 龄为(26.8plusmn;5.5)岁,体重 49?87kg，平均体重为(65.3plusmn;7.7) kg, 孕周38?44周，平均孕周为(41.5plusmn;1.5)周。所冇产
