剖宫产产后出血的危险因素与临床护理要点研究 湖南省澧县妇幼保健和计划生育服务中心415500 【摘要】目的：研宄分析剖宫产产后出血的危险因素与临床护理要点。 方法：择取我院2014年7月-2016年5月剖宫产产后出血产妇100例，随机分 为常规组和针对组。对剖宫产产后出血的危险因素进行总结，常规组行常规护理; 针对组行针对性护理。比较两组产妇满意度；止血时间、总出血量。结果：剖宫 产产后出血的危险因素包括宫缩乏力78例，胎盘因素18例，凝血功能障碍2 例，产后膀胱过度充盈2例。经护理针对组产妇满意度显著比常规组高，P0.05; 针对组止血时间明显较短，总出血量显著比常规组少，P0.05。结论：剖宫产 产后出血的危险因素主要为宫缩乏力、胎盘因素，经针对性护理后可有效止血, 减少出血量，提高产妇满意度，值得推广。 【关键词】剖宫产产后出血；危险因素；临床护理要点 Abstract： Objective： To study the risk factors of postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section and the key points of clinical nursing. Methods： selected in our hospital in July 2014 -2016 year in May 100 cases of maternal postpartum hemorrhage，were randomly divided into normal group and the group. The risk factors of postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section were summarized，and the routine nursing care was carried out in the routine group. Compared the two groups of maternal satisfaction； hemostatic time, the total amount of bleeding. Results： including cesarean section postpartum hemorrhage risk factors of 78 cases of uterine atony，18 cases of placental factors，coagulation dysfunction in 2 cases, 2 cases of postpartum bladder. After nursing，the patients satisfaction rate was significantly higher than that of the conventional group, P lt; 0.05; the bleeding time was significantly shorter, the total amount of bleeding was significantly less than that of the conventional group，P lt; 0.05. Conclusion： the cesarean section postpartum hemorrhage risk factors of uterine inertia，placenta factors, through targeted nursing can effectively stop bleeding, reduce bleeding，improve maternal satisfaction, worthy of promotion.
