Y、37805 Y、37805 7 学科专业：数量经济学 论文题目：技术商品价格及其独家转让、一次总付模型的研究 硕士生：陈晓光 导师：银路教授 摘要 技术商品价格一直是学术届和实业届关心的问题。本文认为，研究技术商品定价的作 用在于：确定技术商品的均衡价格，弥补非竞争性技术市场的缺陷，引导资源向相应的科 研部门和生产部门配置：为技术商品转让提供合理的谈判依据和作价依据，促进技术商品 的转让、转化，推动技术市场的良性发展和经济的持续增长。 本论文采用定性分析与定量分析相结合的方法对技术商品的价格问题进行研究。 第一章介绍了技术、技术商品的概念，指出了研究技术商品价格模型的意义和作用。 第二章采用定性的方法，探讨和技术商品价格有关的一些基础性问题。第一节讨论技术商 品的几4,4e征，并指出这些特征对技术商品价格的影响。第二节剖析技术商品的使用价值、 价值及价格的含义以及他们之间的关系。第三节分析技术商品价格的影响因素。第四节提 出技术商品价格的定价原则，为技术商品价格模型提供理论框架。 第三章采用定量研究的方法，建立了一个技术商品均衡价格模型。该模型以资本资产 定价模型为依据，并对技术商品技术先进性和双边垄断性进行了调整。实际运用当中，此 模型可以作为技术商品交易中介机构的定价依据，亦可作为技术商品交易双方谈判议价的 依据。 关键词： 技术／技，I酒品／g滞／价箩模型 p Major：Quantitative Major：Quantitative economics Title of the dissertation：Study on the price of the technology commodity and the pricing model under the condition of exdusive transfer and lump-sum payment． Applicant：Chen XJao guang Tutor：Prof．Yin Lu Abstract The price of technology commodity is always concemed by academic field and business sector,This dissertation thinks that the role of the study of the price of tech- nology commodity is to determine the equilibrium pdce of technology commod耐and improve the defects of non-competitive technology market；to allocate the resources to the proper RD sector and production sector；,to provide the reasonable grounds for the negotiation and the determination of the price；to facilitate the transfer and transform of technology commodity．to accelerate the benign development of the technology market and the continuous growth of the economy． Both qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis are employed in the disser- ration． In chapter 1 we introduce the concept of technology and technology commod吼 pointing out the significance and function of the study of the technology pricing model． in chapter 2 we study some basic problems concerned with technology饼记e by means of qualitative analysis．In paragraph 1 we discuss SOmE characteristics of tech- nology commodity．pointing out their impact on the technology研讹．In paragraph 2 we analyze the meaning
