塑矍 塑矍 ： 望!之丑妁 摘要 { ＼现代技术成果是创造性劳动的结晶，是促进经济发展的最深厚的 源泉和最强大的动力。科学技术作为知识形态的资产．作为商品在技 术市场上进行交易，首要的问题是价格如何确定，这是进行技术贸易 的前提，是技术贸易活动的理论核心和实质。目前对于技术资产价格 评估方法处于探索和试用阶段，基本上套用了一般资产评估方法，即 收益现值法、重置成本法和市场法，理论和方法都不够成熟。因此寻 找一种适合于技术商品特点的定价方法成为技术定价领域亟待解决 的问题。}， 本文分别对三类基本窟俭左选在技术定价方面的应用情况进行了 描述，分析和比较了它们在技术商品定价方面各自的特点和不足。认 为技术商品自身有许多期权特点，尤其与支付红利的美式看涨期权有 许多共同之处，因此在介绍了期权定价模型的几种主要形式、对比了 技术商品与美式看涨期权的共同点之后，提出了将期权定价理论应用 于技术定价的新理念，并为期权定价理论在技术商品定价中的具体应 用进行了说明和阐述。文章最后分析了期权定价理论用于技术定价尚 存的问题。 关键词：技术商品技术商品定价期权定价模型 V √ 垒堕翌!!Abstract 垒堕翌!! Abstract The modern science and technology are the fruit of people’s creative work，and they are the most profound headspring and the most powerful impetus to promote the economic development．For technology is kind of asset with an information forill and commodity to be merchandised in the technical markets．the first problem iS how to make a price for it．It iS the promise of technical trade and the significance of the composition of t11is dissertation． At present the pricing approaches for technical asset are still in the searching and probative period and the theory is not mature or successful． The general asset evaluation methods continue to be used，such as return—based，cost-based，and market-based pricing methods．In this dissertation another approach is introduced into this Firstly the conception，category and specialty of technical commodity are narrated，the characteristic and influencing factors of the technical commodity’S price are analyzed，and the principles of pricing and paying patterns of technical trade presented．Secondly,tlle three traditional basic types ofapproaches for technique pricing ale described．Thirdly the ODtion Pricing Model iS introduced and the option traits that exist in technical commodity are analyzed．On the base of the sameness between option and techoical commodity,it is put forward that OPM be introduced into the technical commodity pricing area,which is the originality ofthis dissertation． Keywords：technical commodity,technical commodi
