华中科技大学硕士学位论文摘要 华中科技大学硕士学位论文 摘要 、＼／技术复杂性通常从技术的复杂性程度、技术系统本身复杂性和社会技术系统三个 方面进行界定和把握，并呈现出动态反馈性、自组织性、社会网络性等基本特征及其 形式。由此，技术复杂性向技术创新提出了非线性、协同竞争、动态进化和社会合作 ．、、f 等难题0 ， 技术创新复杂性难题的解决有赖于创新组织的变革，寻找适合技术复杂性的创新 组织是解决难题的关键所在。技术复杂性与创新组织之间紧密相关，技术复杂性要求 创新组织必须具备高度柔性、结构高度扁平化、有机适应性和组织复杂性等重要特性。 从这些重要特性中提炼出一些创新组织的复杂性评估指标，运用这些指标对现实中存 在的技术创新组织进行初步定性评估。通过评估比较得出，这些现有技术创新组织面 对技术复杂性，表现出不适应或部分适应性，且经历了一个由单体型向网络型逐渐进 化的过程。 通过理论探讨和对现实技术创新组织的评估，适于技术复杂性的创新组织应运而 生。复杂网络组织本质上是一个自组织网络，是技术创新组织在复杂性条件下进化的 结果，它能很好地解决技术创新面临的复杂性难题，成为未来适合技术复杂性的理想 创新组织。通过对复杂网络组织雏形——“Et本企业多层级网络”的分析，揭示出在 未来的复杂性技术创新中，复杂网络组织将发挥重要作用。 关键词：技术复杂性创新组织评估复杂网络组织 华中科技大学硕士学位论文Abstract 华中科技大学硕士学位论文 Abstract The challenge of complexity on technological innovations comes from the emergence of complexity．First，we can define technological complexity from the following three aspects：the extent of technological complexity，the complexity of technological system itsetf and socio-technical systems．We can abstract a certain number basic features and forms which can illustrate technological complexity．The background of technological complexity poses some problems of nonlinear、CO-competence、dynamic evolving and social cooperation，etc for technical innovations． The resolution of the problems on technical innovations requires the transform of innovative organization．However，seeking the innovative organization which can fit in with the technological complexity is the key point．We can begin with the close relationship between the technological complexity and the innovative organization，then expound the theory that the technological complexity demands for the innovative organization tO have good pliancy、good flatness of organization and organic acclimatization．The technological complexity demands for thinking about the innovative organization in an larger complex socio-technical systems．The innovative organization is on the way to complexity，following the technological complexity． We can abstract some indexes of evaluating the complexity of the innovative organiza
