PAGE PAGE VI 摘 要 企业研发是企业进行产品创新与技术升级的重要途径，对影响企业研发强 度的因素进行研究有利于提高我国企业的核心竞争力。本文以 1999 年到 2007 年国家统计局规模以上工业企业数据中的医药行业、通信及电子设备制造业及仪 表仪器制造业三个行业的企业数据作为研究样本，运用实证分析方法研究了企业 自身特征、行业影响因素、宏观因素对技术密集型企业研发活动影响。 研究结果表明，无论企业的所有制形式如何，企业是否接受补贴、所处行业 收入加权平均增长率与其研发行为之间的关系不显著。企业的资产规模、年龄、 债务情况、广告投入、行业 10 大企业集中度与企业的研发行为之间的关系显著。 对于外商独资企业、港澳台企业和民营企业来讲，出口与企业研发行为关系显著， 而对于国有企业，这种关系便不再显著。另外，除外商独资企业，中国市场化程 度与企业的研发行为之间的关系显著。 关键词：研发，技术密集型 Abstract R D is an important way for product innovation and technological upgrading , the factors affecting the intensity of R D research will help improve the core competitiveness of Chinese enterprises. In this paper, from 1999 to 2007 the National Bureau of industrial enterprises above designated size of the pharmaceutical industry data , corporate data communications and electronic equipment manufacturing and instrumentation equipment manufacturing industry as samples of three studied characteristics of their own use of empirical analysis industry factors , macroeconomic factors on technology-intensive enterprise R D activities . The results show that , regardless of the form of ownership of enterprises, companies are subsidized , in which the relationship between the weighted average growth rate of industry revenues between its R D behavior was not significant . Relationship asset size enterprises , age, debt situation , advertising, industry concentration 10 large enterprises and enterprise development behaviors significantly . For foreign-owned enterprises , Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan enterprises and private enterprises, exports and significant relationship between R D behavior , and for state-owned enterprises , the relationship is no longer significant. In addition , the relationship between foreign-owned enterprises in addition to the Chinese market-oriented R D and corporate behavior significantly .
