惠阳区中学教师教育技术运用现状的研究摘要 惠阳区中学教师教育技术运用现状的研究 摘要 教育信息化不仅仅是信息化环境建设问题，更主要地是应用问题，而应用的 关键是教师。如何促进教师在教学中使用现代教育技术，己经成为摆在广大教育 者面前的一个重要的研究课题。作者以惠阳区两所中学的教师作为研究对象，采 用量的研究和质的研究相结合的方法，通过对教师使用现代教育技术现状的凋查 和影响因素的分析，探讨促进惠阳区中学教师使用现代教育技术的有效途径。 作者采用问卷和访谈两种方法，在所选择的学校调查了教师在教学中使用现 代教育技术的现状及其存在的问题。通过对调查结果的分析，归纳、总结出影响 惠阳区中学教师使用现代教育技术的因素有：1、目前中学的教育技术硬软件配 置与管理存在一些亟待解决的问题。2、教师的教育技术基础理论欠缺。3、教师 对待现代教育技术的态度问题。4、教师的观念转变受自身因素及经验影响，对 现代教育技术在教学中应用的重要性认识存在不足。5、教师对现代教育技术理 解存在偏差。6、培训问题。由此提出的建议和对策是：l、合理配景资源，为教 师创造良好的使用教育技术环境。2、转变教师观念，提高教师对现代教育技术 重要性的认识。3、加强培训力度，提高教师使用现代教育技术的能力。4、采取 激励措施，促进教师使用现代教育技术。 关键词： 中学教师现代教育技术使用现状对策 璺堕堕!兰塑堡墼亘堡查垩旦望鉴塑竺塞Abstract 璺堕堕!兰塑堡墼亘堡查垩旦望鉴塑竺塞 Abstract The education informationization iS not merely on an information—based environmental construction but mostly on application and i n which the teacher plays a key role．How to promote the teachers to use modern educational technology in teaching，has already become a major subject for research to vast educators．In the thesiS，aiming at the teachers of two middle schools in Huiyang District，and combining the research method of qualitatire and with that of quantitative．Through the investigation of the current situation of teacher using modern educational technology and the analysiS of its influence factor，we carried out the effective way of promoting the teacher of middl e school of Huiyang District to use modern educational technology． In the thesis， by the two kinds of methods of questionnaire and interview，the author investigates the current situation of the teacher using modern educational technology in teaching．Through an analysis of investigation result，the author summarizes the factors that influence the teacher of middle school to use modern educational technology as fo】10w： At present．there are some problems urgently to be solved about management of educat i onal technology hardware and software in the middle school ≯It is deficient that the teacher has basic theory of educational technology． 》The attitude problem that teacher had to
