I I 摘 要 作为科技和经济结合的中间环节，科技中介机构在服务技术转移、促进技术 进步、推动经济发展方面正发挥着重要作用。而作为科技中介机构核心业务的技 术转移服务项目的效率问题正日益成为理论界与实业界关注的焦点。 本研究首次从技术特征与互动强度匹配的角度出发，尝试深入探讨科技中介 机构技术转移服务的内在机制。从交易成本理论、资源观视角、沟通理论等对所 提出的理论框架和假设进行论证和推演，引进科技中介机构社会资本的概念，并 从社会资本的三个维度，结构性社会资本、关系社会资本和认知性社会资本分别 来验证其对技术特征与互动强度的匹配与技术转移效率之间的调节作用。在研究 方法上本研究通过问卷调查法收集第一手数据，并通过层次回归模型对假设进行 检验。 实证结果表明，技术特征与互动强度存在显著的匹配关系，外显性越高（嵌 入性越低）、互动强度越低以及外显性越低（嵌入性越高）、互动强度越高的匹配 对技术转移效率存在显著的正向影响。同时，在互动相对不足的情况下，如技术 外显性低或嵌入性高时，而互动强度低时，结构性社会资本和关系社会资本会首 先通过对互动的互补作用，正向调节特定情形下匹配与技术转移效率的关系。本 研究从技术特征与互动强度的匹配对技术转移效率的影响角度来探讨，并结合社 会资本的调节作用进行研究，对现有研究的不足起到了一定的弥补作用。 关键词：科技中介，技术转移效率，互动，匹配研究，实证检验 II II Abstract As a bridge between science，technology and economy，Science and technology intermediary has become a dominant force in supporting technology transfer and technical progress ， promoting economic development. And the efficiency of technology transfer as the core business of the Science and technology intermediary is increasingly becoming a focus of both theorists and businessmen. In this study，we first pay attention to the fit between the feature of technology and interaction，trying to have a deeper insight of the process of technology transfer， and have a better understanding of its internal mechanism. By the transaction cost theory，resource theory and the communication theory，we build a theoretical framework to explain the relationship between the fit and the efficiency，as well as introducing the concept of social capital into the theoretical framework to explore if it has moderating effect between the fit of technology and interaction and transfer efficiency. The test was made from three dimensions，structural social capital， relational social capital and cognitive social capital. In this study，the research method of first-hand data collecting is used，and the framework hypotheses were tested through hierarchical regression model.
