卓越计划”下培养医学生临床技能 的调查与研究 孟彩霞高颖王琦郭亚琴侯丽娟 山西医科大学第二医院 摘要： 目的:研究培养卓越医生临床技能的有效途径以及培养屮的常见误区，寻找出一 套行之有效、科学规范的“卓越式”教育模式。方法:在査阅相关文献的基础上, 采用自行设计的调查问卷对山西医科大学2个“卓越民生培养试验班” 60名学 生及140名教师进行调查与访谈，经数据统计分析后获取结果。结果:关于卓越 医生疲推广的教学模式中“贯穿全程的临床技能课程”同意度在学生和老师中 均排第一位；“医学生临床技能培养屮重要因素”学生认为应当为医学生创造实 践机会（48%），而教师则认为开展病例教学对于临床技能的培养更为重要 （30%）:对于临床技能及临床习惯养成过程中的常见误区，学生与老师们的调查 结果相似。结论:卓越医生的培养应以医学生时期的临床技能教学为主，临床技 能的提升应通过教学模式的改革，优化课程设置，增加实践机会等途径实现， 同时在培养过程屮应注意避免误区。 关键词： 卓越医牛J临床技能;教学模式;误区; 作者简介：孟彩霞（1963一），女，山丙省太原市人，硕士学位，高级经济师, 主要从事教学管理工作。 收稿曰期:2017-06-17 基金：山西省教育厅立项项目 Investigation and research on the training of clinical skills of medical students under the ’’Excellent Plan” MENG Caixia GAO Ying WANG Qi GUO Yaqin HOU Li juan The Second Hospital of Shanxi Medical University; Abstract： Objective: To explore the effective ways of training clinical skills of excel lent doctors and the common misunderstandings in training process, find out a set of effective, scientific and standardized ” excellence’’ education model.
