口腔内科根管治疗术前知情同意的实现及效果 ［摘要］目的知情同意是一项重要的患者自主权的具体 表现形式，评价知情同意的落实在口腔内科根管治疗术中的 作用，保证高效护理。方法统一标准选取牙体牙髓科适合 病例400例，随机分为详细知情同意组和对照组(各200例)， 观察并比较两组治疗时操作时间及患者满意度。结果详细 知情同意组，治疗时操作较对照组更节省时间，为对照组的 0. 79倍，且患者在治疗时满意度分值为8. 81较对照组7. 87 明显提高。两者差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论全面、 精确、真实的知情同意，让患者在充分理解的基础上做出自 主地选择，能够在减少手术操作时间的同时，大大提高患者 治疗满意度。 ［关键词］知情同意；根管治疗术；效果；护理 ［中图分类号］R745. 1 ［文献标识码］A ［文章编号］ 1674-0742 (2014) 10 (b) -0053-03 The Realization and the Effect of Informed Consent in Oral Medicine Before Root Canal Therapy HANG Saiying WuxiJiangsuWuxi Stomatology Hospital Wuxi Jiangsu Province, 214000, China [Abstract] Objective Informed consent is a very important specific form of patients self-determination rights in medical practice. The effect of informed consent in oral medicine in root canal therapy is evaluated for ensuring the high-performance of nursing care. Methods 400 cases of endodontics were selected by the same criteria and randomly divided into the informed consent in detail group and the control group with 200 cases in each. The operation time and the level of satisfaction of the patients were observed and compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the operation time in the informed consent in detail group was less, 0.79 times of that in the control group； the score of level of satisfaction of the patients was 8. 81, higher than 7.87 in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0. 05). Conclusion Comprehensive, accurate and true informed consent principles can let the patients make their own decision independently based on fully understanding oral medicine, which can reduce the operation time as well as increase the patients’ satisfaction with treatment greatly.
