II II ABSTRACT As an important branch of space technology, the satellite is applied for mobile communication, electronic reconnaissance and deep space exploration. The reflector is the key unit of satellite and its surface accuracy and dynamic performance affect the quality of signal transmission directly. The final shape of the reflector depends on the forming of the mesh net which the reflecor attached on. Therefore, the soft mesh net should own an excellent forming accuracy to assure the reflector surface accuracy. At the same time, loop antenna is an flexible appendage with big size. The natural modal influence vibration performance of the satellite and then the two will produce adverse coupling vibration. Obviously this phenomenon have a bad effect on system stability and signal transmission performance. So, it is significant to study the dynamic performance of the loop antenna. An precise loop antenna model is crucial for its vibration performance study. Hing stiffness and pretension of mesh net should be considered in the antenna model. Antenna hings is a main part of loop antenna and the physical property is important to the antenna performance.Due to the complex structure of hing, equivalent model is more meaningful to antenna model than a detailed model. During the period of on-orbit service, loop antenna is in an deployment stable state. Soft mesh net is of pretension and thus in a balance state with the support of loop truss.And the pretension is an essential factor for research of loop antennna natural property. In the papaer a finite element model considering the hing stifness equivalent model and the optimized pretension will be build to analysis the dynamic performance. The following is accomplished: Design a fixture for three kinds of hings, and test the dynamic and static stiffness of antenna hinge with Keyence laser tester and Instron8874 instrument.Then deal with the data to get the stiffness coefficient.
