The literature shows that the titer of IBDV is higher in CAM and liver than in AF,in the course of the experiment found that embryo heaptomegaly, lung、kidney and yolk sac bleeding severely,then the embryos and the yolk in the viral titer is not less than CAM?The experimental compareison show that the virus titer of the mixture of CAM、embryo、egg yolk and AF was not lower than the CAM，,during the course of the chick embryo culture,the cell passage of CPV and appeared the CPE at the eighth as CCP. Part Ⅲ: The IBDV strain from Shandong vaccine,inactiveated preparation and application In this study ,the CP and the BJQ902 vaccine immune 21-day-old SPF chickens , through detection of anybody titers and poisn attach protection provedthat the antibody titer of CP vaccine is higher than the BJQ902 vaccine in the second week, the anybody titers of CP vaccine is tidy, the CP vaccine can attack of the CP and the BJQ902 infectious and has a higher rate of protection. It showed that immunization of CP vaccine not only produces high and tidy antibody, but also has good cross-strain protective effect. Keywords:Field IBDV; virus titer; immune effect; cross-protective 引 言 鸡传染性法氏囊病（Infectious bursal disease, IBD）是由传染性法氏 囊病病毒（Infectious bursal disease virus，IBDV）引起的鸡的一种急性高 度接触性传染病，该病主要是侵害 3－12 周龄的雏鸡和青年鸡，导致法氏囊坏 死和萎缩，由于法氏囊是禽类特有的中枢免疫器官，是诱导分化囊依赖性淋巴 细胞（简称 B 细胞）成熟的场所，被诱导分化成熟的 B 细胞受到抗原刺激后可 转化为浆细胞产生抗体，发挥特异性体液免疫作用，鸡的法氏囊被破坏影响了 B 淋巴细胞的产生，从而导致抗体的产生缺陷，造成鸡对细菌和其它病毒等致 病因子的易感性增加；另一方面也造成疫苗的免疫应答能力大大降低，导致免 疫抑制，给养鸡业造成严重的危害。 1 鸡
