This paper analyzes the shortcomings of current application used weight-fixed loading equipments, considering the environment factors in coal mine, aim to improve the accuracy of weighing and reduce the cost of productions, combined with the latest related technology in the fields. This paper firstly analyses the form and structure of the main shaft skip hoisting used in coal mine, the open side fan gate skip is determined as research object. The side fan gate skip bucket box to force analysis, mechanical equation of bucket box upper prism and lower pyramid are established, considering the effect of coal density change factors, changes in pressure and depth curve of coal to skip the vertical direction are obtained.
