With the implementation of Chinas electric power system reform, and the increasing demand for energy conservation, power generation companies face significant management challenges of reform, especially environmental protection needs to be strengthened. The objective of enterprises is to obtain the maximum profit with the least cost, the production and business activities of the thermal power enterprises have strong externalities, they are also related to the healthy operation of the national economy. So it is to have a comprehensive analysis of the economic level of thermal power projects. For the post economic evaluation on thermal power enterprises thermal power project, we need to combine the characteristics the enterprises to select the appropriate evaluation indicators and evaluation methods, and establish a comprehensive evaluation model.
