In the discrete time, assuming the capacity of the environment is large enough, so the toxicant that the species takes in from the environment and that the species vents to the environment has little effect to the toxicant in the environment, then we derived the discrete model. Next, we analyze the weak persistence existence and its extinction, sufficient criteria on weak persistence in the mean and extinction of the population are obtained. Then we random the mass of the exogenous toxicant input into the environment, sufficient criteria on stochastic weak persistence in the mean and stochastic extinction of the population are obtained too. Assuming the mass of the ex- ogenous toxicant input into the environment follow exponential distribution, we obtain the probability of stochastic weak persistence and stochastic extinction. And assuming the intrinsic growth of the population in absence of toxicant is Markov chains, we gain the mold with Markov chains. Sufficient criteria on weak persistence and extinction of the population are obtained, then we random the mold, also obtain the survival threshold between stochastic weak persistence and stochastic extinction. Assuming the mass of the exogenous toxicant input into the environment follow exponential distribution too, we obtain the probability of stochastic weak persistence and stochastic extinction. In the condition of the continuous time, an organism in the polluted environment takes with it a quantity of internal toxicant, and the toxicant in the organism affects the growth of the population. And an organism egests some toxicant into the environment. Assuming a born organism takes with it a quantity of internal toxicant, and the amount of toxicant stored in the living organisms which die is drifted into the environment.
