IIII IIII r l II II II lit I III flI Y1 9 1 23 1 6 摘要 人口问题始终是中国的大问题，在某种意义上说，科学合理地解 决了中国的人口问题，就抓住了解决中国社会全部问题的锁钥。新中 国成立之初，马寅初依据当时中国的基本国情，提出要“控制人口数 量，提高人口质量。他的这一主张是以国家长远利益和社会的稳定 发展为前提，以国家富强和人民生活幸福为价值圭臬。作为新中国著 名的人口学家和经济学家，马寅初对人口问题的思考既有严肃的科学 分析，又包含了丰富的伦理蕴含。本文则侧重于从人口伦理学的视角 对马寅初的人口思想进行分析研究。 本文共分为四个部分： ·导言部分主要是对论文的选题意义、国内外研究动态以及本文的 研究目的和研究方法进行简短的介绍。 第一章是依据特定的历史时代，分别从政治条件，经济基础和其 他社会因素几个方面来分析、探究马寅初人口思想产生的现实基础。 第二章是论文的主体部分。马寅初是一名经济学家，他的人口思 想是多是从经济学角度进行研究的，但是也包含了非常丰富的伦理蕴 含。本章依据人口伦理学的基本架构，探讨了马寅初人口伦理思想的 基本内涵：控制人口的价值依据、控制人口的价值目标、对生育主体 的道德关怀和实现生育观念转变的伦理途径。 第三章是对马寅初人口伦理思想的基本评价。以历史和现实的视 角为参照，分析了马寅初及其人口伦理思想的历史地位，阐明了马寅 初人口伦理思想的现实意义。 关键词：马寅初，人口伦理思想，控制人口，生育主体，道德关怀 AbstractThe Abstract The populat ion problem has always been one of the most important problems in China．In a sense，we wi l 1 get the key to solve al l social problems if the population problem could be settled scientifically and rationally．In the early period of New China’S foundation，Ma Yinchu proposed the policy that we should“control populat ion growth and improve the qual i ty of populationbased on the basic national condition at that time．Based on the premise of long—term interests of the State and stable development of society，this proposition aims to bui lding China into a prosperous and strong country as wel l as improving people’S wel 1 being．As a famous demographer and economist，Ma Yinchu’S thinking about population problem not only has sober and scientific analysis but also contains rich ethnic elements．This thesis lays particular emphasis on the study of Ma Yinchu’S populat ion thoughts from the perspect ive of populat ion ethi cs． This thesis is divided into four parts： The introduction part of this thesis is mainly on the significance of the choice of this subject，the current research status in domestic and abroad，as well as the aims and research methods of thiS thesiS． The first chapter analyzes and probes into the realistic basis of Ma Yinchu’S population thoughts from the perspectives Ⅱ The The secon
