⑨ ⑨ 硕士学位论丈 MASTER’S THESIS 内容摘要 高等教育是教育金字塔的上层建筑，对国家的发展负有重大责任。中国民办高 等教育在改革开放30年来，在党的教育方针指导下，成为我国高等教育的新兴力 量，是我国教育事业的重要组成部分，为促进我国教育事业的发展做出了重要贡献。 教育质量是民办高校发展的生命线，民办高校教师队伍的整体质量水平决定教 学质量的优劣、决定民办高校今后的发展。可见，优秀的师资队伍是民办高校可持 续发展的可靠保障。 为此，本文对民办高校教师队伍等相关概念、教师队伍建设相关理论、对民办 高校教师队伍建设的历史、特点进行了简要介绍。通过调查问卷的方式，了解民办 高校教师队伍建设的现状，发放问卷546份，回收问卷546份，经过分析统计，发 现我国民办高校的教师队伍建设目前存在教师队伍结构不合理、待遇保障制度不健 全、教师流动性强、进修困难等问题。在借鉴欧美、亚洲等国外私立大学教师队伍 建设的经验方法的基础上，对国外私立大学教师队伍建设经验适用性进行分析，并 提出可供借鉴的做法，提出从政府、学校、教师三个方面进行研究的民办高校教师 队伍建设目标与措施。如：加强高等教育立法、依法治校，健全民办高校内部管理 体系，重视教师队伍建设，端正教育态度等等。 关键词：民办高校；教师队伍建设；教师管理 ⑨ ⑨ 硕士学位论文 MASTER‘S THESIS Abstract Chinas private higher education has become all important part of higher education and higher education in China has made a significant contribution．Growth and development of private universities to give morc students access to higher education,to meet the aspirations of many young people to university and improve the overall quality of young people as a whole，to foster the rapid development of economy of many talents， but also To improve the level of the quality of the country played a significant role． Private universities in Chinas sustainable development depends on building good teachers，good teachers will facilitate the construction of the rapid development of private colleges and the virtuous circle，the Private Higher Education Teachers in Private Colleges and Universities for its existence．This analysis is divided into several parts： First,this article first private university teachers and other related concepts defined in the theory of Teachers，Private Teachers College of the history and characteristics after a brief introduction． Second,mainly in Private Colleges and Universities Teachers analyze the current situation,through the issuance of the questionnaire and collection,statistics，and explore the current of Private University Teachers problems and to analyze the reasons for the problems． At last,through Europe and the United States，Asia and other foreign private un
