中文 中文摘要 重庆大 重庆大学硕士学位论文 I I PAGE PAGE VI 摘 要 伴随着全球变暖问题的不断加剧，可持续发展成为当今世界的主旋律。建筑 行业消耗了大量的资源和能源，推行可持续发展具有重要的意义。其中，施工阶 段的能耗比例达到 20%以上，且对城市环境质量有直接的影响。因此，绿色施工 成为建筑工程施工发展的必然趋势。但是，现有的绿色施工评价标准和评价体系 多从定性的角度出发，评价结果主观性较大，可操作性不强，是导致我国绿色施 工发展缓慢的重要原因，如何进行定量评价成为目前急需解决的问题。 本文从对水电能耗和噪声扬尘量化的角度入手，首先总结分析了施工过程中 用水和用电的理论计算方法，得到工程施工耗水量和耗电量的理论值，同时对施 工采用的节水节电措施及噪声扬尘污染控制措施进行了系统梳理；其次制定合理 的实测方案对重庆某工程的总用水用电量及大型机械——塔吊的用电量进行测定， 得到工程施工耗水量和耗电量的实际值以及塔吊的施工能耗，并与理论值进行对 比分析；最后结合实测内容，在已有的指标体系上进行改进，量化评价指标，并 对实际工程进行绿色施工评价，验证了改进的绿色施工量化评价体系的合理性和 可操作性。本文并未涉及到对材料节约的量化测定和施工机械油耗的测定，使量 化评价体系不全面，以后应开展这两个方面的研究。 关键词：绿色施工，现场实测，量化评价，指标体系 英文摘 英文摘要 重庆大 重庆大学硕士学位论文 III III PAGE PAGE IV ABSTRACT Nowadays, sustainable development has been placed on the main agenda in the world due to the threat of global warming. However, the construction industry still consumes a lot of resources and energy. The proportion of energy consumption during the construction stage has reached more than 20%, and it has a direct impact on the quality of urban environment. Therefore, the green construction has become an inevitable trend in construction engineering. It is particularly concerning that the current evaluation standard and system of green construction are mostly formulated on qualitative analyses, which are subjective and thus devoid of clarity, maneuverability and integrity. As a result, the development of green construction in China has lagged behind compared with the developed countries. How to establish quantitative evaluation toward green construction is an urgent issue at present. In this paper, the research focused on the quantification of indexes, such as water consumption, electricity consumption, noise and dust. Firstly, theoretical calculation methods of water and electricity consumption were summarized to get the theoretical values; meanwhile, the measurements with regard to conservation of water and electricity and protection of noise and dust pollution, which are used in practical construction project, were reviewed sys
