Therefore，the study of rush order is significantly impo民ant. This paper. detailed analyzes 由e difficulties to acωp伽19 or rejecting the rush ordei， sum?úng up and expounding the common method of inserting rush orders，as . well 部 the scheme related. Using the grey relational analysis method to determine the priority of the rush orders，伽is p叩er make detail study on the acceptance 附ategy of rush order under 由e ATO mode. Under the background of ATO mode，this paper s阳dy the acceptance strategy based on the reality of the enterprise.
