It focuses on resolving the problem that logistics and cash flow does not match appropriately. However, supply chain management ignores the interaction between the operation decision-making and financial decision-making. The role of capital flow management and the tremendous opportunities within it have not been given the attention. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the supply chain, supply chain finance background and strengths, as well as supply chain financing value for financial institutions and various enterprises throughout the industry. It inferred supply chain financing of innovative services to form a set of interests sharing platform for industry chain and all financial institutions. Then, as for A finance leasing company in the printing industry business model, the paper revealed a third-party leasing company provides financial services both single and easily replicated. Limited in the printing industry market space, its operation and development has been greatly restricted. The paper combined with innovative features of supply chain financing services and A financial leasing companys current strengths. It provides the printing department of A finance leasing companies with directive development in stage and innovative services.
