河北工业大学博士学位论文 河北工业大学博士学位论文 iii iii RESEARCH ON GREEN ENERGY GENERATION PRICING MECHANISM ABSTRACT As Chinas green energy market of the electric power industry development, particularly electricity generation electricity market pricing to become the key to the success or failure of the electricity reform issues, which is increasingly becoming a important research topic to the theory and management . Study systematicly on pricing theory methods of green energy generation in the electricity market has very important theoretical value and practical significance. The purpose of this paper is the side of green energy generation system of pricing mechanisms for the development of national conditions of Chinas green energy power generation side of the feasibility of the proposed pricing mechanisms. This paper mainly wind power, hydropower, solar energy as an example of green energy generation side of the pricing mechanism. The main major research contribution and innovation are as follows: Discusses the development of Chinas electricity situation, to analyze the energy price system, pointed out that the price policy of our existing deficiencies, summarizes the principles of green energy pricing ideas. Detailed analysis of the factors that affect the price of green energy, the influential wind power, hydropower, solar and other special factors were involved in the pricing has the green energy generators, power grid, the Government, the general pricing game between the generator behavior analysis through the static information game model analysis, the cost of power plant associations reported false conclusions. Improvement of existing wind power bidding system, the design portfolio of wind power feed-in tariff mechanisms and tariff calculation model, the tender will build wind power business assessment index system, and the example application.
