This paper presented briefly the development background of coal mine safetymanagement system，pointed out that todays genera1 mine safety management information system deficiencies，proposed the combination of Ethemet and the new bus technology coa1 mine safety management information system，and established a network topology. At 伽 same time，the paper introduced so班ware design tools for ASP and database technolog，listed the advantages of coa1 mine accidents were divided daily，combinated various functiona1 modules in the dynamic tree struc阳re for user-仕iendly operation.
