研究生优秀毕业论文 正在着力打造“体育之城”，在这一大的背景下永兴县在公共体育的 正在着力打造“体育之城”，在这一大的背景下永兴县在公共体育的 发展上有着其独特的亮点，同时受惠于“农村健身工程”、“一事一 议”等惠民工程的建设，永兴县农村公共体育服务有一定进展。因此， 本研究特以永兴县为例，运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、 数理统计法等研究方法，对永兴县农村老年人的生活习惯、参与体育 锻炼的动机时间、项目、感受、形式、场地及其他因素、公共体育服 务的发展亮点和群众对公共体育服务的需求情况进行了深入调查，对 调查所得的数据进行了全面的整理、统计和分析。 根据对永兴县农村老年人参与体育健身活动的分析，永兴县在公 共体育服务发展建设上有一定的亮点，具体表现在品牌活动的创建于 经营、融资方法新颖、数据监测和应用得当和规划较为实际四个方面。 但根据现有老年人对农村公共体育服务的需求取向和影响老年人体 育参与健身活动的因素来看，在公共体育服务向农村老年人的延展、 公共体育建设的资金运用、场所建设、组织人才等方面依旧存在不足。 根据这些问题，本研究提出了深化“品牌经营理念，将体育健身赛 事向农村延展、强化资金管理方式，引导资金投入农村公共体育建设、 改善农村指导环境，提升农村公共体育服务质量、立足村镇长远规划， 保障农村老年人公共体育服务需求四个方面着手，来保障农村老年人 对公共体育服务的相关需求。 关键词：老龄化，农村，公共体育服务，永兴县，保障 II 万方数据 ABSTRACTBased ABSTRACT Based on the Fifth national census data in December 2000，the ratio of Chinese old people over 65 years old has reached 6．96％and the total number of these people accounts for 88．ii million，indicating that China has become an aging society．The characteristics of rural population aging are： large big figure，aging and empty—nest．They are not in l ine with the urban populat ion aging but keep growing．Along wi th the development of economy，the requirements such as physical training，medical care and spiritual culture of rural elderly have increased．And to some degree，these requirements are sure to hamper efforts to new rural construction． How to satisfy the rural elder’S daily needs in order to let them spend their remaining years comfortable has become the problem which is must resolve under the background． Developing new rural sport and ensuring rural publ ic sports service can meet the rural elder’S the daily needs and enrich their leisure life．Those methods play a vital role in promoting peasantry health，improving peasantry civil ization degree and forming a scientific，civilized and healthy life style．TO IV 万方数据 solute solute this problem，this thesis proposes the topic of ensuring the countryside publ ic sports services in Yongxing County under the background of aging populat ion． The gross domestic product and the
