Abstract
Communication ability is one of the important standard of evaluating
talents in modern society, but also influences peoples occupation career
can be an important factor for the smooth development of the decisive.
Good communication skills can help people better solve interpersonal
problems, also can make the person in the face of occupation choice, more
do a job with skill and ease their own internal quality and ability to
unfold, to better adapt to the new environment; on the contrary,
communication ability is weak. Even with excellent professional knowledge,
often also need a longer time to integrate into the new environment, the
recognition of others. However, communication ability is not innate,
school education is very important in the cultivation of communication
ability in the day after tomorrow. Senior high school students whether
