PAGE PAGE 10 The relationship between antinuclear antibody and autoimmune liver disease antibody with hepatitis B Abstract: Objective: To research the relationship between autoantibodies and the progress of hepatitis B. Methods:The antinuclear (ANA)，nRNP/sm，sm， dsDNA，ribosomal protein P，SSA，SSB，RO52 and autoimmune hepatitis associated autoantibodies such as anti smooth muscle antibody(ASMA),liver kidney microsomal antibody(LKM),antimitochondrial antibodies M2(AMA-M2) were detected with indirect immunofluorescence and immunoblotting. HBV-DNA and HBV gene were tested by quantitative PCR typing.Automatic biochemical and chemiluminescence analyzer were useted to detect serum ALT,AST and the index of liver fibrosis.And then the cytokin of IL-5,IL-4,IL-10 were detected with ELISA.Resμlts:① nRNP/sm, SSA,SSB, RO52, SCL-70 were 12.6%,6.3%,5.3%,9.5%,7.4% in CHB; nRNP/sm, SSA, SCL-70 were 1.5%,1.5%,1.5% in control group.The ANA positive rate of CHB was 23.2%, significantly higher than 4.5% of the control group,mainly in low titer and nuclear particles of karyotype.②The ASMA,LKM and AMA-M2 antibodies were finded in CHB group and the LC ,SLA were suspicious positive; however， no such antibodies in control group.③ALT,AST,viral load and HBV genotypes were 116.2IU/L,86.3IU/L,4.8,21/25 (HBV B),3/25(HBV C) in CHB with antibody positive group; ALT,AST,viral load and HBV genotypes were 108.3IU/L,91.3 IU/L,4.9,62/70(HBV B),9/70(HBV C) and 1/70(HBV other type)in CHB with antibody negative group. Two groups of resμlts was not statistically significant (P0.05).④ the serum type III collagen,the serum type IVcollagen,aminin LN,hyaluronic acid enzyme HA ,IL-5,IL-4,IL-10 were 191.2ug/l,116.7ng/ml,131.5ng/ml,1125ng/ml,4.9ng/ml,6.2ng/ml,14.3ng/ml in CHB with antibody positive group; the serum type III collagen,the serum type IVcollagen,aminin LN,hyaluronic acid enzyme HA,IL-5,IL-4,IL-10 were 172.3ug/l,65.8ng/ml ,87.2ng/ml,726.3ng/ml,4.2 ng/ml,6.4ng/ml,11.2ng/ml
