II II 权力资源。这也是贸易相互依赖的特殊性之一。对这种贸易领域产生的权力资源 的使用主要是通过谈判的方式，而非战争的手段。 本文运用了中美贸易和人民币汇率问题之间的关系作为案例研究，将本文对 相互依赖的理论阐述运用到实际的研究中。中美之间的贸易相互依赖关系十分密 切。这是双方的共识。但是中美间的贸易相互依赖关系并非如表面上中国占有巨 额顺差那样，优势在中国一方。恰恰相反，中美间的贸易不平衡关系给美国提供 了更多的权力资源。本文认为中美贸易之间的不平衡相互依赖与人民币汇率问题 之间并没有必然联系，但是这并不妨碍美国将这种不平衡相互依赖关系所产生的 权力资源用于在人民币汇率问题上形成权力对中国进行施压。这只是对不平衡相 互依赖的一种具体的运用。这点才是我们真正需要重视，并且在今后与其他国家 博弈时加以学习和运用的方面。 关键词：相互依赖；贸易相互依赖；权力；权力资源；中美贸易；人民币汇率 III III Abstract Interdependence refers to a state of mutual influence between the actors. This state can exist between individuals, organizations or countries. Interdependent phenomenon has existed for a long time, since the history of mankind there has been interdependence between people in order to maintain the survive. However, the interdependence of research in the field of international relations started from the latter half of the last century. And compared to the long history of the interdependent phenomena, the research of interdependence is still not perfect. In the field of international relations, the research of interdependence is more inclined to empirical study, which discussing the phenomenon of interdependence and constructing the concept of the interdependence. The study of sensitivity and vulnerability to interdependence is one of such an example. Of course, these two concepts is quite complex and indeed difficult to be quantified. From the perspective of empirical research, this type of research can only analyze the approximate trend of the interdependence, and can not accurately describe the interdependent imbalance, meanwhile no clear indicate the logic of the relationship between interdependence to power. The positive methods can be used in the research of Interdependence, especially in the economic sphere this reflected more obviously. The positive method is better to analyse the appearance of the interdependence.
