摘 要 美国是创业教育的发源地，至今已有七十多年的历史，也是创业教育发展最 好成果最多的国家之一。到如今，美国已经聚集了一大批创业教育的领袖人物， 创办了各种关于创业教育研究的研究机构，举办了很多创业教育的培训和研讨 班，所以关于创业教育的实践和研究，美国是资格和经验最丰富的。一项教育事 业的发展，教师起着关键作用，所以美国在创业教育领域所取得的成果很大一部 分应归功于其对创业教育教师的培养，以及对创业教育教师队伍的建设。由于我 国高校的创业教育起步较晚，发展滞后，所以更加需要借鉴美国的创业教育教师 培养的经验，继续发展好自己的创业教育。 通过对美国创业教育现状的介绍，进而详细论述了美国创业教育教师的发展 情况。在借鉴美国创业教育教师发展经验的基础上，结合我国创业教育的发展实 际，给出相关的建议。 第一部分为导论，介绍本文研究问题的提出，研究的目的与意义，相关的文 献综述、研究方法以及研究思路。第二部分是研究的基础，介绍了创业教育的特 点，以及中美两国创业教育发展的现状。第三部分是研究的主体部分，具体论述 了美国创业教育教师培养发展的情况。第四部分是结论与启示部分，根据美国的 经验，结合我国的实际情况，给出了我国发展创业教育教师队伍的建议。 我国高校应该认识到教师在创业教育中的重要作用，在创业教育学科设置上 寻求突破，尽早设立创业教育博士学位，以便培养专业的创业教育教师，解决我 国创业教育教师匮乏的困境。同时，要吸收校外力量，挣脱创业教育人员构成单 一的局面。另外，还要完善创业教育教师培训体系，鼓励创业教师参加培训。 关键词： 创业教育 创业教育教师 美国 I Abstract As the birthplace of entrepreneurship education, The United States (EE) has been a history of more than seventy years and has the latest achievement. Until now, a large number of entrepreneurial education leaders fathered in the USA, founded a variety of research institutions on entrepreneurship education, and held many entrepreneurial education training course and seminar, which made the USA own abundant qualifications and experience on entrepreneurship education’s practice and research. The teacher plays a key role in an education career’s development, so the achievements that the USA owed in the field of entrepreneurship education attributed to the cultivation of entrepreneurship education teachers, and the construction of the teacher team. Because the entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities started a bit late in China, we need learn more experience of entrepreneurship education teachers training from the USA.
