FOLFOX方案在进展期胃癌新辅助化疗中的应用 李国帅张成武* (青海大学附属医院胃肠外科810001; *通讯作者，张成武， 主任医师) 【摘要】胃癌是我国最常见的恶性肿瘤之一，早期发现较为网难。据统计， 我国住院胃癌患者中，进展期占70%?80%[1],而且多伴有淋巴结转移，手术仍然 为其首选的治疗方式。此类患者手术切除率低,获得根治性切除的比例较少,5年 生存率低，治疗效果差。积极提高手术切除率成为改善胃癌患者预后的一大目标。 对于进展期胃癌术前行辅助化疗有助于手术以及提高术后存活率、降低复发及转 移率。临床上对于进展期胃癌术前新辅助化疗的方案多种多样，但最常见的仍为 FOLFOX方案(奥沙利铂4■亚叶酸钙+氟尿嘧啶)。该方案用于进展期胃癌新辅助化 疗有效率较高，不良反应多为轻度，经对症处理后可缓解，未影响后续治疗的进 行和造成不可逆性损伤，能够增加肿瘤完全切除的机会，提高手术效果[2]。 【关键词】进展期胃癌；新辅助化疗；氟尿啼啶；亚叶酸钙；奥沙利铂【中 图分类号】R2【文献标号】A【文章编号】1671-8725 (2014) 11-0112-02 Application of FOLFOX neoadjuvant chemotherapy regimen inthe treatment of advanced gastric carcinomaLi Guoshuai;Zhang Chengwu (Gastrointestinal surgery of Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University 810001; * corresponding author, Zhang Chengwu, chief physician) abstract:Objective: Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignant tumor in our country,its difficult to make detection early.Hospitalization in patientswith gastric cancer in China,the development period is about 70% to 80% ,and more associated with lymph node metastasis, surgery is still the firstchoice of treatment. For advancedgastric cancer clinical preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy scheme is varied, but the most common is still FOLFOX scheme.
