生壅盔兰堡圭兰堡迨兰 生壅盔兰堡圭兰堡迨兰 一．．!? 摘 要 r 吖 (金融风暴和“9．1l”事件的发生，唤醒企业对风险管理的重视，)本研究 企图探讨上市公司风险管理的内涵，并了解公司避险政策是否受到金融风暴 和“9．11”事件的影响而有所改变，以及企业避险的决定因素和避险工具的 选择。本研究通过问卷调查以及实证研究两种方法分别从使用衍生性金融商 品的行为以及动机两方面去探讨：问卷结果显示上市公司受到金融风暴和 “9．1 l”事件的影响随着产业的不同有极大的差异，但是产业内的变异也很 大。汇率风险是最经常被管理的风险来源，其次为利率风险，再其次为商品 价格波动风险。上市公司避险的最重要目标为降低会计盈余的波动性：实证 结果显示财务危机发生的机率、风险暴露程度以及执行避险策略的成本是公 司决定是否使用衍生性金融商品的重要决定因素。本文提供了企业了解目前 国内衍生性金融商品的使用情形，以及各产业的使用状况、避险动机、目标 以及绩效衡量等。通过对于现况的了解．使企业找出在风险管理策略上可能 有的缺失，并帮助企业进行避险策略的选择，在此做了有益的尝试。 关键词：上市公司 衍生性金融商品 避险 风险管理 ABS零RACTThe ABS零RACT The oceurrence of financial turmoil and the‘9，1 1’make the enterpr i Ses put a high value on risk management．This paper tries to d i SCUSS the purport of the 1 i sted company’S r【sk management，and finds Out whether hedge policy i S changed by the influence of financial turmoil and the‘9．11’，and finds out the hedge determinant and the choice of the hedge t001．ThiS paper discusses the action and motive of usage derivative through questlonnalre and de删ons￡ration．The result of questionnairo shows that the influence suffered from the financial turmoi 1 and ‘9，1 1’is tremendous difference with the difference of industry．But the variation of industry inner iS tremendous too．Exchange—rate risk iS the most risk source that is usualiy managed，．The next is interest—rate risk．The ehird is commodity—price risk．The most important target of hedge of the t isted company iS to reduce fluctuate of accountancy—surplUS．The demonstration shows that the probability of finance—eriSiS Occurrence，the degree of risk exposure and the COSt ofusage hedge strategy are important determinant that decide the 1 isted company whether to use derivative or not．ThiS paper makes the enterprise understand the usage Situation of the derivative presentiY，and the usage condi tion of each industry，the hedge motive，target， performance measure，etc．Through the understanding of current conditions。thiS paper makes the enterprise find out the presumable defect of risk～management strategy，and help
