正常成人颅骨多层螺旋CT三维重组表现 蒋孝先作者简介：蒋孝先，女，湖南省耒阳市人，硕士研究生。主要研究方向：神经系统影像诊断学。联系电话E-mail:medlawer@163.com，吕发金 作者简介：蒋孝先，女，湖南省耒阳市人，硕士研究生。主要研究方向：神经系统影像诊断学。联系电话E-mail:medlawer@163.com 通信作者：吕发金，联系电话E-mail:fajinlv@163.com (重庆医科大学附属第一医院放射科，重庆 400016) 【摘要】 目的： 探讨正常成人颅骨多层螺旋CT（Multi-slice Computed Tomography, MSCT）三维重组表现。方法： 收集2009.05~07于我科行容积CT数字减影血管造影检查者颅脑资料130例，头颅数据行容积再现（Volume Render, VR）、最大密度投影（Maximum Intensity Projections, MIP）三维重组，观察颅骨解剖；蛛网膜颗粒压迹、血管压迹的表现；颅缝整体形态及闭合情况。结果： VR显示颅骨三维结构有优势，MIP对颅缝、蛛网膜颗粒压迹及血管压迹显示清晰。本组共检出蛛网膜颗粒压迹27例（20.8%，27/130例），血管压迹51例（39.2%，51/130例）。颅缝整体形态分三型：（1）普通型（86.2%，112/130例）；（2）囟门骨型（5.3%，7/130例）；（3）骨内颅缝型（8.5%，11/130例）。每条颅缝闭合形态分五型：Ⅰ型：完全闭合型（3.01%，16/531条）；Ⅱ型：嵌合型（78.34%，416/531条）；Ⅲ型：缝间骨型（6.97%，37/531条）；Ⅳ型：未完全闭合型（3.59%，19/531条），颅缝平均宽度1.41mm±0.70mm；Ⅴ型：混合型（8.10%，43/531条）。结论： MSCT三维重组技术显示颅骨解剖结构清晰，VR更好的显示颅骨三维解剖，MIP显示颅缝闭合情况、蛛网膜颗粒压迹、血管压迹更清晰和敏感，颅缝整体形态分三型，闭合状态分五型。 【关键词】 颅骨；颅缝；多层螺旋CT；三维重组 中图法分类号：R445.3 ； R814.42 文献标识码：A Normal Appearance of 3D reconstruction of Multi-slice Computed Tomography in Adult skull JIANG Xiao-xian，LV Fa-jin，XIE Hui，ZHANG Li-juan, ZHANG Zhi-wei （Department of Radiology，The First Affiliated Hospital，Chongqing Medical University，Chongqing 400016，China） 【Abstract】Objective：The purpose of this study was to describe the normal appearance of skull on 3D-reconstruction of Multi-slice CT in adult.
