Abstract This paper introduces the research background, significance, content, main features and technical route, quality management system and APQP theory, J companys Power Research Institute research and development management, quality management and quality management problems. Research and internal customer interviews through the APQPs research, confirmed that the J companys Research Institute APQP to solve the problem. In order t o solve the problem, the solution of APQP, the design of the J, the design of the stage design, the design of the content of the stage, the definition of the quality index and the management of the index are designed. At the end of this paper, the conclusions of this thesis and the problems of further research are discussed.
