沥青稳定碎石级配设计方法及性能研究-道路与铁道工程专业论文.docx

摘 摘 要 沥青稳定碎石基层不仅具有足够的强度和刚度、良好的应力扩散能力、较强的裂缝 自愈能力，还能保证与沥青混凝土面层的层间连续、降低沥青层内部的剪应力和弯拉应 力，可有效减少D0wN—TOP裂缝的产生和发展，具有施工速度快、维修养护费用低、设 计使用年限长等优点。、’ 由于沥青稳定碎石材料所处的层位不同、结构功能的差异，沥青稳定碎石基层材料 组成设计方法与沥青混凝土面层有所不同。基于《公路沥青路面施工技术规范》推荐方 法、SUPERPAVE设计方法、贝雷设计方法、力学设计方法设计沥青稳定碎石基层混合料， 通过对比分析其物理、力学指标，提出了适合沥青稳定碎石基层混合料组成设计的方法， 并对其路用性能进行了研究。结果表明：沥青稳定碎石材料具有良好的抵抗竖向变形能 力、抗疲劳性能和水稳定性。在铺筑沥青稳定碎石基层试验路的基础上，研究不同施工 工艺对施工质量的影响，推荐了合理的沥青稳定碎石基层施工工艺和质量控制指标。并 对铺筑过程中的竖向离析现象进行分析，提出了离析防治措施。 【关键词】：沥青稳定碎石；基层；组成设计；路用性能；施工工艺；竖向离析 ABSTRACTAsphalt ABSTRACT Asphalt treated base(ArB) material shows superior performance in compression strength，stifIhess，stress-extension，crack—healing，r印idness in constmction，low repair cost and long 1ife．Meallwhile ATB material ensures continuous contact to upper asphalt course， which reduces shear and bend stresses in aSphalt courses，thus e虢ctiVely reduces DOWN— TOP crack in asphalt paVement． There are some difrerences in mix design method between ATB aIld Asphalt Concrete (AC)，because their Venical positions and mnctions in paVement structure are difrerent．This paper designed ATB mixtures by the method recommended by Technical Specifications for Constmction of Highway Asphalt PaVement，SU’PERPAVE mixture design method，Bailey 野adation design method，and mechanics mixture desi盟method．Throu曲analyses of volume and mel’11anics indexes and paVement perf-0珊ance of ATB mixtures under different design methods，the proper desi911 method of ATB is proposed in this p印er．Then the paper systematically studied the paVement perfomance of ATB mat谢al，the test results show that ATB has 900d resistance to VeIrtical def-0mation，fatigue and moisture-sensitiVity．Based on ATB Test Road paVing，the paper studied on the ef琵ct of di￡ferent constllJction techniques on paVing quality，锄d recoIn]mends reasonable construction process alld quality control standard． Causes of Venical se铲egation，as a special and猢o)，ing phenomenon in ATB paVing，were discussed，and some preVention tecllIlologies are suggested． Key Words：ASphalt Trea
