兰州大学硕士学位论文 兰州大学硕士学位论文 临夏州商贸流通产业发展研究 中文摘要 中国改革开放以来，商贸流通产业得到迅速发展，并逐渐成为我国国民经济 的先导产业，促进和带动了社会的进步和经济的发展。临夏地区具有传统的商贸 流通优势，从西汉时候的古丝绸之路的“河湟雄镇”到改革开放初期的“河州模 式，商贸流通业发展推动了本地及周边地区的社会经济的进步。临夏地区作为 全国仅有的两个回族自治州之一，民族产品和民族特殊用品丰富，过境贸易繁荣。 对临夏州商贸流通产业的发展研究分析，在一定程度上可以得出民族聚集区域商 贸流通产业发展的特点、趋势和不足。针对存在的问题，合理构建商贸流通产业 发展模式，对促进临夏州社会经济发展有重要的现实意义。 本文首先对临夏州商贸流通产业发展进行系统研究。通过“河州模式”发展 过程分析，结合商贸流通产业主要指标的发展水平，对临夏州商贸流通产业发展 的SWoT进行分析，进而研究商贸流通产业对临夏社会、经济发展的影响程度。 通过分析商贸流通产业发展过程及现状，揭示临夏州商贸流通产业所面临的困 境。然后针对商贸流通产业发展存在的问题，结合国内商贸流通产业发展模式的 研究，构建符合民族地区特点的商贸流通产业模式，主要从战略层、战术层和保 障层三个方面着手进行研究。最后为保证临夏商贸流通产业发展模式的顺利推 进，分别从商贸流通产业发展平台的合理构筑、优势核心产业科学引导和发展政 策导向的合理建议和意见等方面进行总结论述。 关键词：商贸流通产业；临夏州；发展模式 兰州大学硕士学位论文 兰州大学硕士学位论文 临夏州商贸流通产业发展研究 ABSTRACT Since the reform and opening—up，chinas commercial and trade circulation has developed a lot,now it has gradually developed into the leading industry of the national economy．Its development has promoted and driven the social progress and economic development． Since the ancient times，Linxia is advantageous in Commercial and trading circulation industry．From‘the Great Town of Hehuang’’on the Sick Road in Western Han dynasty,to the‘‘Hezhou model’’in the first years of reform and opening-up，the development of Linxia contributed a lot to the development of the local economy．As one of the tWO Hui Autonomous regions， Linxia boasts rich products with the characteristics of Hui，special national products and significant foreign trade．Based on the study of linxias trade development，WC analyzed in this article the characteristics，trends and deficits of commercial and trade circulation industry in ethical area．Focused on the problems in the development of commercial circulation industry,this paper builds up a business development model of commercial and trade circulation industry,which counts a lot to linxias social and economical development． First，based on the study of“Hezhou model’”S development and evolution，and
