万方数据 万方数据 摘要 摘要 摘要 早在 1996 年我国的城市化率就突破 30%，进入快速城市化发展期。伴随着我国 经济的快速发展，环境资源问题日益严重。2010 年，节能环保产业被列为战略性新 兴产业之首，成为国家在新的历史发展阶段中优先发展的战略产业之一。节能环保产 业致力于发展节能产业、环保产业、资源循环利用产业三大领域来解决目前我国经济 发展中出现的高能耗、高排放和环境污染问题，对我国建设资源节约型、环境友好型 社会具有重要意义。 本文首先对城市化进程的一般规律进行阐述，并结合数据分析我国城市化进程中 的特征。通过利用世界城市化率、能源消耗、碳排放等方面的数据进行计量分析，探 究世界城市化率与能源消耗、工业增加值、碳排放、人均消费、人均 GDP 以及人均道 路能源之间的变化关系和趋势。通过研究，明晰了我国目前节能环保产业中节能产业、 环保产业和资源循环利用产业三大领域的产业的发展现状和存在问题，在此基础上通 过对工业、交通运输业、建筑业、居民消费领域节能技术和低碳发展的概述，探求节 能环保产业的主要产业领域因应我国快速城市化下非农产业、重化工业与重加工工业 以及居民消费需求扩张的作用机理，并针对产业发展存在的问题提出相应的政策建 议。 关键词：城市化 节能环保产业 能源消耗 低碳发展 I Abs Abstract 万方数据 万方数据 ABSTRACT As early as 1996, Chinese urbanization rate had exceeded 30%, and got into the period of rapid urbanization. With the rapid economic development, the problem of Chinese environment resources has become more and more worse. In 2010, Energy-saving and environmental protection industry is listed as the first strategic emerging industries and one of the countries give priority to the development of the strategic industries in the new historical stage of development. Energy-saving and environmental protection industry is committed to solve the high energy consumption, high emission and environmental pollution problems by developing energy-saving industry, environmental protection industry, resources recycling industry, it has great influence for China to build a resource-saving and environment-friendly society. First, this article elaborates the general laws of the urbanization process and combines the data to analyze the characteristics of Chinese urbanization process. By using the data of world urbanization rate, energy consumption, carbon emissions data to do econometric analysis, exploring the relationship and trends between the urbanization rate and energy consumption, industrial added value ,carbon emissions , capita consumption, per capita GDP and per capita road energy.
