摘要在历史上，有很多人对人的个性进行过研究。马克思也是其中之 摘要 在历史上，有很多人对人的个性进行过研究。马克思也是其中之 一。马克思哲学中的人的个性理论与其它哲学中的个性理论有着很大 的差别。文章首先对马克思哲学中人的个性理论进行定位。从马克思 哲学中人的个性理论形成入手，追究其来源和发展的轨迹。在与其它 哲学人的个性理论比较中发现马克思哲学人的个性理论的特点，从而 得出马克思哲学中人的个性理论的四个特征，即：实践基础上的人之 个性；人的个性与社会交往实践；个性依附关系的变迁；人的个性与 社会共同体。马克思哲学最突出的特点是实践性，因此，理论需要应 用到实践中。当今社会飞速发展，网络技术普及，市场经济地位逐步 确立，思想意识逐渐多元化。在这样的发展中人的个性出现更加复杂 的情况，这就需要用马克思哲学进行科学的指导，使人的个性与集体 主义互补，使人们能够正确处理人的个性在网络交往中的关系，在市 场经济中确立独立个体地位以及制定一些规范和准则来确保人的个 性的健康发展和在思想政治教育中的个性塑造，从而确立人的个性在 社会交往实践中的主体地位。 关键词：马克思、哲学、个性、实践 AbstractMany Abstract Many people have studied people’S personalities in history,Marx is one of them．There are many differences between Marx’S philosophy and other philosophies in the theories of people’s personalities．Based on the form of the theory of people’S personalities in Marx’S philosophy,the article studies its sources and the path of development．There are four characters of the theory of people’s personalities in Marx’S philosophy, compared with other theories of people’S personalities。that is people’s personalities based on the practice；people’S personalities and social intercourse；the transformation of people’s personalities’dependence； people’S personalities and the social community．The distinguished character of Marx’S philosophy is practice，therefore it should be applied into practice．With the development of the society,the populari够of the computer technology,the establishment of the market economy and the variety of ideas，there are many complex situations in people’S personalities．It needs Marx’S philosophy to instruct．combining people’s personalities with collectivity,dealing with the relations between personalities and the web intercourse correctly,establishing the independence individual in economy market，making criterions and rules，shaping people’S personalities in ideal political education． Key words：Marx；Philosophy；Personality；Practice 学位论文独创性声明： 学位论文独创性声明： 本人所呈交的学位论文是我个人在导师指导下进行的研究工作 及取得的研究成果。尽我所知，除了文中特别加以标注和致谢的地方 外，论文中不包括其他人已经发表或撰写的研究成果。与我一同工作 的
