茎堡堡：三奎堂堡主堂堡笙苎 茎堡堡：三奎堂堡主堂堡笙苎 一 Abstract ‘‘Science Wal-’’has already lasted nearly ten years in the western countries．With the studying of the thought of the west post-modem by researcher in onr couutry， “scientific culture”，the word becoming a popular hot issue，appears frequently at the mass mesa in our country in recent years．According to the present situation, “science and culture’’is launching a dispme which is similar to the“two kinds of culture”of the western countries on也e media of Our country．111e dispute between some literature person and some scientific worker mainly concentrate Oil the fight for ‘‘speech fight’of science and culture． Tllis paper regards dispute of“speech right’of this science and culture of Our country aS the background．At first，it analyzes the influence of culture to scientific， and then analyzes science to display on these three aspects separately as a kind of culture phenomenon thoroughly：implemems aspect，scientific system aspect，and spiritual aspect of science．Thus it point ont that scientific culture is not the science itself,not the specific science，not the general culture shapes such as religion， literature，art,morals，ete，too，but the culture related to science，the culture that science turns into．Namely scientitle culture in essence is the mankind and scientific inter-dynamic relation and its result． Take a broad view ofthe fierce debate of“speech right”，we find the focus ofthe debate lie in the argument between“scientlsm”and‘humanities’’about the “anti-seientism”and“anti—science”．Witll the fast development of science and technology in nuclear science，genetic engineering，ecological science，and SO on，the greatest difference between the two parties lies in：‘whether science include ethics problem or not”，“whether science need supervise end guide by ethics or not”，which is the topic that scientific circles and ethics circles have been debating endlessly all over the time．And“whether science include ethics problem or not’’iS the precondit
