Western Western Hunan is one that is mysterious and full of temptations，a place where has a multi—cultural place，a set of Tuj ia，Miao，Bai，Dong and other ethnic music cultures one of the treasure．Which is a very ancient Tuj ia ethnic population，with an ancient song and dance culture， when there is documented as early as Wuwangfazhou．Tuj ia folk songs has a long history and unique charm．1 was brought to live in Zhangjiajie， Hunan，the Hunan Tujia folk songs familiar,but also deeply attracted by her：that high—pitched buzz of folk songs；that beautiful lyrical little tune； that touching wedding song；that mysterious staircase obscure songs such as Ma and SO on，are all in my mind lay a deep imprint．In the meantime，I found that Tuj ia folk have their own unique singing style：a lot of vibrato in singing，Boeing，portamento，and SO on in accordance with sound Run cavity,and that the combination of singing skillfully handled,making folk song without losing the rough etiquette；minor lyrical lacking in pungent，always highlights the strong Western Hunan Tujia Ren， optimism，enthusiasm，forthright but delicate personality．I，as the Tujia people，the Tujia，love music，especially folk songs among them，has a very deep emotions．The face of the Tuj ia folk songs sung from the situation of diminishing，the author,as a vocal learners and researchers， feel a responsibility and obligation to have done some work，this is where the purpose of writing this article． In In this paper,historical，comprehensive documentation，information and collecting folk songs I sang many years of experience Tuj ia songs based on folk music related to the theory and method of singing the national vocal support，the characteristics of Tuj ia folk songs，singing style，done discussed in more detail． The article is divided into four parts，the first chapter briefly introduced the origins of western Hunan Tujia，geography,environment and cultural customs，and comparative method of analysis discusses the Tuj ia folk origin；second
