They can understand some words and some simple sentences. The Ss have a habit to preview the new words and the text.The Ss have taken a great interest in English now. 三. Teaching method In this lesson I’ll mainly use “Task-based” teaching method. To finish tasks can help the Ss to get a better understanding of the key structure of the conversation. I’ll also use “situation communicating” method. It can provide enough listening and speaking situations for Ss. Group cooperate method will be used in this period, too. 四．Study method The Ss can take part in pair work, group work and games. The students in groups can make a discussion and learn from each other. It can help students become more relaxed and pleased in this kind of environment. 五.Teaching Process Step1Review Free talk about last Unit between T and Ss. Review the Present Progressive Tense by doing a guess game. The Ss can use the vocabularies: watch TV、dance、swim and so on. Help the Ss understand the tense by body language.
