摘 摘 要 世纪之交，随着知识经济的崛起以及信息资源网络化的迅速发 展，给我国各行各业带来了新的发展机遇和挑战。在这种新的形势 下，图书馆如何应对才能更好、更快的持续发展，这是图书馆界非 常关注和探讨的重大课题。本文适当的引进管理创新理论的研究思 维，结合我国图书馆目前的实际情况，对图书馆管}1．O；tl新问题进行 探讨，以达到多角度、多方法研究这一重大课题的目的。 文章分三部分。第一部分简略阐述了我国图书馆管理创新刻不 容缓的原因，分析了当前的政治环境、经济环境和文化环境决定着 图书馆管理创新的必要性和及时性。第二部分研究了图书馆管理创 新的实质与特征，阐明了图书馆管理创新的涵义、实质、目的、特 性，并指出了图书馆管理创新必须有序化、经常化以及如何才能达 到这种日的。第三部分足论文的主体，从宏观和微观两方面研究了 图书馆管理创新的方方面面，阐述了图书馆观念、思想创新、管理 体,NOti新、图书馆服务创新，图书馆组织结构创新，图书馆管理机 制创新，图书馆管理制度创新，人才管理创新，管理方法创新等方 面的创新方式方法及其大致的构想。 关键词：图书馆 图书馆管理 管理创新 AbstractIt Abstract It is opportunities and challenges of developing to all trades and professions between twenty century and twenty—first century following the rising of knowledge economy and network construction of information resources．In the new situation，it is important issues that our library field discusses how to deal with the new situation for better and faster sustainable development．This thesis tries hard to introduce research thinking of theory of management innovation to approach the issues of innovation of library management in our current libraries．The author expects to achieve the goal of studying the issues by more methods and more views． This thesis has three parts．In chapmr one，the author presents the pressing reason of innovation of library management，and analyzes that political，economy and culture factors decides the necessity of innovation of library management．In chapter two，the author illuminates connotation，substance，objective，characteristics of innovation of library management，and points out how to achieve the objective and also points out innovation of library management must become a regular practice and arrange in order．In chapter three，it is the main parts of this thesis．The author discusses the innovation methods， styles and conception in macroscopic and microcosmic aspects， including the innovation of library idea，the innovation of library management systems，the innovation of library and information services， the innovation of library organization st
