摘要目前，随着我国对石油的需求量的不断增加，石油开采程度的加深，辽河油田处 摘要 目前，随着我国对石油的需求量的不断增加，石油开采程度的加深，辽河油田处 于开采中后期，所以原油含水不断上升，原有部分站、管线、设备等设计能力与实际 不匹配，这就要求我们对石油开采的技术水平不断进行改进。辽河油田开采的原油， 主要以稠油为主，稠油的特点是：密度大、粘度大、流动困难，这些因素都严重制约 着稠油的输送。 本论文主要研究了稠油的流变性对输送的影响和稠油安全输送参数界限，并以此 为基础，结合辽河油田超稠油的特性和辽河油田超稠油输送工艺现状，确定经济、合 理、安全、因地制宜的超稠油输送工艺，对辽河油田超稠油输送工艺应用及推广有重 要的意义。 首先对稠油的流变性对输送的影响进行了分析，分别论述了稠油的特性，稠油组 分的特点，稠油的物性及流动性，稠油的转相问题，并讨论了稠油安全输送参数界限。 其次介绍及分析了辽河油田特石线输送特性及特石线运行现状，对增输方案进行 了设想，并用工艺计算软件PipePhase进行水力热力计算，并进行数据的对比核算， 最终确定了特石线的增输方法。 关键词：超稠油，输送，增输，流变性，优化 The The Schemes of Flowrate—Enhancement of Super Viscous Oil of LiaoHe 0il Field ZhangWei(OilGas Engineering) Directed by Professor Li Chuan·-xian and Senior Engineer Sun Yan··bo Abstract As the demand of petroleum increases day by day,deep exploitation gets even deeper． The percentage of water grows alone with the stickiness of the petroleum in Liaohe oil field．Part of the existing stations，pipe lines and instruments are not designed for the upcoming challenges that brought by the high thickness petroleum．Thus all the requirments are natruelly leveled up to a brand new stage．The oil drilled out from Liaohe oil Field is mainly viscous oil，which is hard to transport for its stickiness，high density and less fluid．All these factors restrict the transportation of the vicsous oil a great deal．This paper is based on the research of rheological effect and the safety margin of Super Viscous Oil transportation，define an economic，reasonable，safe and suitable transportation technique according to the features of heavy crude oil and the existing transport technique in Liaohe oil field． This research start with the analysis of the rheological effect on transportation，branches separately on the features，constituent，ties of matter,fluidness，the direction change and the safety margin of heavy crude oil． Then follows the analysis on the current conditions and specialties of the Teshi petroleum pipe line in Liaohe oil field．Set up proposals on how to transport more oil埘t11 Pipephase to
