Under the circumstance of planned economy the pyramid-shape training system have trained many excellent athletes.Many a excellent trainPAos of athletics sports reservists are from athletics schools,which athletes succeeding in Olympic Games are based and originated from.In order to push ahead and improve the continuous development of training athletic reservists in athletics schools in Shandong Province, the srady look into and analyze the principal questions on the present condition of development and the course of development,and construct development strategy, which is highly important to achieve the continuous development of athletics sports in Shandong Province. The study mainly discusses the following issues:(1)The present training condition on athletic reservists in athletics schools Shandong Province;(2)Restrictive factors analysis on athletic reservists in athletics schools in Shandong Province;(3) Constructing the development strategy on athletic reservists in athletics schools in Shandong Province. The study chooses 10 athletics schools which have been awarded the title of 05~08 Year China High Standard Athletic Reservist Base as the research objects,and adopts such approaches as documents,questionnaire,observations
