理想教师形象与教师资格标准的研咒Abstract 理想教师形象与教师资格标准的研咒 Abstract The hope ofone nation bases off the education．while the hope ofthe education bases on the teachef．Teachers shoulder the holy task ofenhaneing the whole people quailty．To strengthen the building ofteacher is all effective ofthe development ofthe nation’s education． Teachers’quailty influences the quailty ofteaching directly． Since 1993，to enhance the quailty ofteachers wholly and to educate group ofhigh—quality teachers，China has promulgated the‘‘law of the republic of china on teachers”，the‘‘rules of teacher’s qualification”．the procedure of implementing therules ofteacher’s qualification, which established the system of teacher’s accreditation legally．The standards of teachers qualification are the premise of advancing and implementing the system of teacher’s accreditation．To Constitute the scientific standards of teacher’s qualification plays a significant role in building a system of teacher’s accreditation．which is based teacher’s ideal image．111is study focused on the cognition process of the teacher’s ideal image, development of standards of teacher’s qualification．and tried to discuss the standards elementarily based on this ideal image． Four Parts： Part 1 refefred to relation between the ideal image of teachers and the standards of teacher’s qualification．Analyzed this relation theoretically by studying some relevant literature as to show the necessity ofestablishing the standards based off this ideal image． Part 2 referred the study 0n the cognition process of the teacher’s ideal image，and the developmentof standards ofteacher’squalification．111is studytooktheU S thefirst country owned teacher，s accreditation system。as the main obioct ofreference．It was to illustrate the relation between the ideaI image of teachers and the standards of teacher’s qualification．by reviewing the ideal image and specific standard of every period．It took the development of teacher’s ideaI image and standard in Japan．the fjrst c
