浙江师范大学教育硕士专业学位论文 浙江师范大学教育硕士专业学位论文 摘要 摘要 本研究主要采用定性的资料，运用个案式演绎法 (idiographic deduction)和个案式归纳法(idiographic induction)对普通学校的组织学习(organizational learning)现象作了探索性研究，提出了如下结论： 1、学校处于动态性的复杂环境，变革是一种普遍存 在的、持续的要求。为了促进学校效能的发展，以组织 学习理论指导学校管理已成为学校管理的必然要求。 2、组织学习在学校中是一种常见的现象，各级各类 学校都可以从其它已经取得成功经验的学校获得如何进 行组织学习的启示，结合学校实际加以运用，并为教育 创新准备条件。 3、在推进学校组织学习的过程中，校长选择变革型 风格的领导模式能更好地发挥促进学校组织学习的作 用。 4、与学校管理者一样，教师也可以通过自身专业技 能的运用，成为学校组织学习的推动者。在发挥这种作 用的时候，实际上教师也在发挥其领导作用。 5、学校应该形成具有促进学校组织学习之特性的机 制和文化氛围，运用能够促进组织学习的策略和工具。 关键词：学校组织学习 学习型组织校长 变革型领导 教师 教育变革 浙江师范大学教育硕士专业学位论文 浙江师范大学教育硕士专业学位论文 ABSTRACT On the Organizational Learning in Schools Abstract The purpose of this study is to understand the organizational learning in schools． Based on the organizational learning theories，the literature analysis and the case analysis，the conclusions of the study may be expressed as follows： 1．The organizational learning in schools is necessary due to the dynamically complicated environment and the universally continuous change． 2．The organizational learning in schools is a universal phenomenon．According to practicality,all kinds of schools at all levels Can adopt the experience on organizational learning of the excellent schools to meet the needs of the educational change． 3．The principals had beaer select the transformational leadership model to promote the organizational learning in schools． 4．As agents of the organizational learning in schools， the teachers can give full play to their leadership via their professional knowledge or skill． 5．Some characteristics can be recognized in the II 浙江师范大学教育硕上专业学位论文 浙江师范大学教育硕上专业学位论文 ABSTRACT organizational mechanism and the organizational culture promoting the organizational learning in schools；and some strategies and tools carl be utilized for promoting the organizational learning． Key words： organizational learning in schools； learning organization；schools；principals；transformational leadership；teachers；educational chang
