⑧ ⑧ 硕士学位论文 MASTE RSTHESIS Abstract As one kind of human society phenomenon，the essence of the economical globalization is to transform and renew the human benefit realization form．Maintaining own existence and the development，caring about own benefit，pursuing the benefit behavior and the self-interest tendency，is the most important principle that all life organisms as well as any social groups have．As economic integration propelling force and its natural result，multinational corporation，to pursue own benefit in a maximum limit，its activities of the transnational management come more and more universally，in the circumstance of not establishing ot forming the mature，united，fair international management criteria or ethics criteria，in transnational management，the multinational corporation will certainly produce some moral issues，these problems will be the global focus which the people generally disputed．To research these issues will have the profound practical significance． This article has elaborated the concepts of economical globalization，the multinational corporation,the transnational management，morality as well as ethics；the characteristics of the transnational management and the moral standards；the multinational corporation is an inevitable trend of the economical globalization；the principles which the transnational management should follow,including not injuring principle，the fair principle，the social principle，the good faith principle，the principle of equality and mutual benefit．On the basis of this，the article has elaborated the issues which the multinational corporations(耶ainly refers to America’s multinational corporations)violate the morality or ethics in the transnationai management：At the first place，the multinational corporation does not carry on the moral management in the developing nations，excessively exploits the worker，plunders natural resource，seizes the high quota profits；At the second place，the multinational corporation carries on not rea
