信息管理 Information Management 培训新护理时代的护理信息尖兵 石贞仙 张博论 李琳 郭明娟 崔妍妍 [ 摘 要] 信息科技对于医疗照护有着深远影响，培养医护人员信息能力具有重要意义。在护理信息能力发 展策略上，影响最大的则是美国始于2006 年的 TIGER 运动。与此同时，我国台湾地区以其特殊的模式，运用 Excel个人生产力信息软件的技术培训课程，结合 TIGER 的模式，成功快速地建立了具备信息能力的护理队伍， 并在国际上有卓越的表现。山西省人民医院借鉴台湾的发展模式，并以决心和组织的力量强化学习的成效，在五 阶段的发展过程中，如今已进展到第三阶段中期，护理团队的信息素养和能力已明显提升，部分护理人员也有超 前的发展成果。希望在“互联网+”的时代，护理队伍可以发挥积极参与及主导的力量。 [ 关键词 ] 科技与信息导向教育改革；互联网+；护理信息；能力培训；个人生产力信息软件 [中图分类号] R47 [DOI] 10.3969/j.issn.1672-1756.2016.05.031 Nurse Informatics: educating the informatics-capable nurses at the new healthcare era / SHI Zhenxian, Polun CHANG, LI Lin, GUO Mingjuan, CUI Yanyan // Nursing Department, Shanxi Provincial People’s Hospital, Taiyuan, 030012 China /// Chinese Nursing Management-2016,16(5): 696-699 [Abstract] Recognizing the significant impact changed by informatics technology on healthcare, how to better educate and train our healthcare professionals capable for the new informatics era has been an obvious and important trend. Among many strategies of establishing the informatics competency for nurses, the most significant one is the TIGER Initiative which began in the States in 2006. At the same time, Taiwan developed its unique and very successful, and international well-known model starting from training nurses better familiar with the Excel VBA integrated with the TIGER concepts. We applied the Taiwan model and further enhanced with committed organizational strategies to enhance the education outcomes. Though we just progressed to the Stage III, out of fives, we have observed a significant informatics capability improvement and great interests from our nurses. Some of them have even started to design their informatics projects on their own. We look forward to that nurses could take an active and leading role in the Internet+ era.
