英文提要 课程资源开发与历史教师专业发展 The Developing of Curriculum Resource and the Professional Development of History Teachers Abstract The reform of the new curriculum keeps promoting, which puts higher requests to history teachers and objectively promotes the professional growth of the history teachers, too. At the background of new curriculum, history teachers’ professional development presents diversification. Will the developing of the curriculum resource promote history teachers’ professional development? The author thinks that the development practice of history teachers’ curriculum resource will help pushing the reform of the new curriculum, and this will be an effective way to help realizing the professional development of history teachers. Therefore, this essay will first expound and comb the basic theories and ways of history teachers’ professional development. Then it makes an analysis from many aspects about the core concept of history curriculum resource, sorts history curriculum resources, at the same time, puts forward the rules to obey during developing and also gives examples to illustrate. The essay also indicates the relationship of curriculum resource developing and history teachers’ professional development. Thirdly, the essay will make further research on a unique history teacher. Lastly, the author thinks we should realize history teachers’ professional development from three aspects—history teacher, school and society while we promote the developing of curriculum resource.
