Ink Flow Field and Ink Transferring Rate on Two Ink Rollers

Abstract :To improve the quality of printing and know the process of ink transferring ，the velocity and
pressure of the ink flow field were analyzed when the two ink rollers rotate． Based on this ，a method was
proposed to calculate the ink layer thickness ，and then the ink transferring rate can be got． The ink layer
thickness and ink transferring rate were calculated under different conditions according to this method ，
