摘要在国际经济交流越来越频繁的今天，国际贸易大大促进了经济的繁荣和多样化。口 摘要 在国际经济交流越来越频繁的今天，国际贸易大大促进了经济的繁荣和多样化。口 译员不仅仅是在领导人出访、国际会议等方面发挥作用，也作为一种最常见、最有效的 交流桥梁，促进国内外客户的沟通，使得他们的贸易往来更为顺畅。口译员需要熟悉合 作洽谈的基本模式和双方的相关背景资料，在现场以准确的语言和及时的反应促进合作 的进行。 本文是以合作洽谈的口译实践为例做出的一份实践报告，总结了笔者在商务翻译和 技术谈判中的口译问题。本文共分为四个部分：第一，叙述了口译任务的背景和任务描 述。第二，阐述了洽谈口译的特点和口译过程。第三，分析在此次口译过程中出现的漏 译、数字翻译等多个问题。总结口译中顺句驱动、意译等技巧和方法，结合目的论，对 整个翻译过程做出全面分析。第四，对此次翻译进行反思和归总。本文旨在为口译各个 环节的工作提供借鉴。 关键词：口译口译特点口译问题目的论翻译技巧 万方数据 AbstractNowadays Abstract Nowadays international commercial communications have become more and more frequent．International trade has greatly promoted the economic prosperity and diversification． Interpreters not only play a role in leaders’visits and international conferences，but also become one of the most common and effective communication bridge to connect clients at home and abroad，which makes their business go more smoothly．Interpreters need to be familiar to the basic model of cooperation and negotiation as well as the background information related to both sides．Moreover,interpreters must produce accurate interpretations and timely responses to promote cooperation． The thesis is a report based on cooperation and negotiation interpretation,which summarizes the writer’S problems in business talks and technical negotiation．The paper is composed of four chapters．First，it describes the interpretation tasks and background．Second， it analyzes the characteristics and process of negotiation interpretation．Third，it studies the incomplete interpretations and number problems d_uring the interpretation process．And this part also combines skopos theory with the interpretation techniques such as syntactic linearity, and liberal translation for the overall analysis of interpretation process．This paper aims to provide reference for each stage of interpretation． Key words：interpretation；interpretation characteristics；interpretation problems；skopos theory；interpretation techniques II 万方数据 目 目 录 摘要 I Abstract ．．】：I 目录 一Ⅲ 1 口译的任务背景和任务描述 1 1．1 口译任务背景 1 1．
