砸￡学位i仓tMAS 砸￡学位i仓t MAS r}tR。q 1I{l·XlS 内容摘要 中国民营企业已经有20多年的历史，其问经历了80年代末90年代初的 快速发展时期。但自九十年代中期开始，随着政府政策的调整以及亚洲金融危 机，很多民营企业遭受重创．纷纷落马。本文认为，国家政策调整、亚洲金融 危机和竞争日益激烈等仅仅是诱发中国民营企业的大溃败的外因，而其内因则 在于民营企业内在结构性的缺陷，这一内因才是所有失败民营企业的共同症结 之所在。 90年代中期之前的中国民营企业的第一次创业可以看成是他们的资本原 始积累过程，而即将开始的或已经开始的第二次创业将是中国民营企业的结构 性调整过程，这一过程的实质就是要弥补第一次创业过程中，资本积累速度超 过了企业组织完善速度所造成的缺陷。努力将中国民营企业变成真正意义上的 现代企业。 因此，本文认为。为应对激烈的市场竞争，我国民营企业应借助组织创新 基本理论，结合民营企业组织的现状、背景环境和不足，积极投入到以结构性 调整为重点的“二次创业”。 为了论述这一观点，本文共分六大部分，第一部分论述了组织创新的内涵、 特征及其内容：第二部分从民营企业的组织结构的不足出发，论述了其创新的 必要性；第三部分指出了民营企业组织创新目标模式的选择；第四部分论述了 民营企业组织创新的内容和方式；第五部分．论述了民营企业组织创新的主要 障碍及对策分析；最后，指出了民营企业创新的原则和程序。 关键词：民营企业 企业组织 创新 5女±学慷沦tMAS 5女±学慷沦t MAS r}tR。q 1I{FXlS ABSTRACT The non．．state，，owned enterprises of China have already had a history of more than 20 years and experienced fast developing period Of the end of the 1980s and the beginning of the 1 990s．But since the middle period of the 1 990s．州th llle adjustment of the government policy and Asian financial crisis．a lot of non，．state．．owned enterprises are mauled and failed one after another． This text thinks that the adjustment of state policy,Asian financial crisis and the fierce competition are only the external causes of the crushing defeat of the non-state—owned enterprise of China．The intemal cause lies in the inherent structural defects of them．This intemal cause iS only of a common problem of all failures non—state—owned enterprises． The first undertaking of Chinese non—state．owned enterprise before middle period of the 1990s call be regarded as their capital primitive accumulation course， ‘强e second undertaking of them will be the course of adjustment structurally．珏e essence of this course is to remedy the shortcomings which the pace of the capital accumulation had exceeded the one of the improvement of enterprise organization， and make great efforts to turn the Chinese non．state．owned enterprises into the modem enterprises in a real meaning． So，this text thinks that the non-state．owned enterprises should
