急性脑梗死患者血清超敏C反应蛋白的变化及临床意义 (四川省遂宁市中心医院检验科四川遂宁629000) 目的了解急性脑梗死(ACI)患者超敏c反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的水平变 化及其与脑梗死严重程度的关系。方法测定65例ACI患者、40名健康对照者 血清hs-CRP的含量，比较两组血清hs-CRP的水平差异性。并分析ACI患者血清 hs-CRP在不同病情、不同梗死面积时的临床意义。结果ACI患者血清hs-CRP的 水平为 16.12plusmn;5.21mg/L,健康对照组为 1.93plusmn;0.93mg/L,两组比 较有显著性差异(Plt;0.Ol)。在ACI患者中，随着神经功能缺损程度评分的增高 ACI越严重，脑梗死面积越大的患者其血清hs-CRP含量越高(Plt;0.Ol)。结论 血清hs-CRP水平增高与脑梗死的发生和严重程度有密切关系，对判断ACI患者 的病情及预后是一个有效指标。应该注意的是，hs-CRP浓度的变化是组织受损时 的一项非特异性反应，必需在排除了引起hs-CRP变化的其他原因后才能作出正 确的判断。 关键词 超敏C反应蛋白；脑梗死；急性时相蛋白 R741 A 1007-8231 (2016) 25-0088-02 Sign讦icance of change of serum hs-CRP content in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
